Babolat Touch Tonic Natural Gut 15L/1.35 String Set is the same quality natural gut as Babolat VS, but without the same consistency in gauging and cosmetics (Longevity will be the thicker gauge of the two Tonic strings). Babolat’s exclusive Thermogut Technology Finishing increases durability by 25% and resistance to humidity by 60%. The new BT7 design reduces the number of filaments in the string from 15 to 7, but increases their size for added durability for the modern style of play. You can expect outstanding performance from Thermogut but it doesn't have the consistent high quality cosmetics of the VS Gut Line. If you are looking to give natural gut strings a shot, this is a great start. Natural Gut offers best in class tension maintenance and ball pocketing. It offers great control and power, but will not be as durable as co-polyester strings.
