| It is our policy to sell only brand new racquets direct from the factory.
All exchanges / returns must be made within 30-days of the order date. Only product returned within 30-days will receive a credit back to the purchasing credit card. All approved returns received past 30-days are subject to a Racquet Depot credit.
However, WE CANNOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ACCEPT RACQUETS, WHICH HAVE THE PLASTIC ON THE HANDLE MISSING, OR RACQUETS, WHICH HAVE BEEN USED OR "TESTED".
Credit for shipping costs and string will only be given provided the order was in our error.
There is no re-stocking fee.
All the racquets have a one-year warranty.
To return the racquet customer must request authorization from Racquet Depot.
