Additional Information may include:
A copy of your picture identification
An authorization letter and/or other proof of identity.
Shipping Options:
 Delivery via USPS
is available for all orders. The delivery time is between 7-10
days. Tracking information are available via United States Postal
Service web site USPS.COM.
 Delivery via UPS
is also available for all orders. UPS INTERNATIONAL is our fastest
service. Packages are delivered within 1-3 days. Detail tracking
information are available at WWW.UPS.COM at any time.
Import Taxes: International customers will not be charged
any U.S. taxes, but they will be responsible for any aditional
custom handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Custom duties are different
in each country, and change very often, that is why Racquet Depot
does not have them available. Your local post/customs office can
give you this information.
If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Racquet Depot. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not.
