Measuring Your Grip Size
To choose the right grip size for yourself is a big part of buying
a new racquet. We at Racquet Depot want to make sure that
you choose the one that fits you best!
Here are the most common grip sizes, starting with the smallest one.

Here are two simple ways to measure.
1. USING AN ACTUAL RACQUET
Hold the racquet with a forehand grip (hand parallel with the
frame of the racquet).
You should be able to fit your index finger between your ring
finger and palm of your hand.
If there is not enough space to fit your index finger, the grip
is too small.
If there is too much space between the ring finger and the palm
of your hand, the grip size is too big.
2. USING A RULER
If you do not have a racquet to check for the grip size,
you can always measure your grip size with a ruler.
Wilth your hand open and fingers extended close together,
align the ruler with the bottom lateral crease of your palm and
measure to the tip of your ring finger.
Note:
The majority of today's lightweight racquet's handles cannot
be reduced in size. If you are between grip sizes,
go with the smaller size and add an overgrip to get your ideal fit.
A typical overgrip will increase a grip by 1/16 inch.
